Yes, we do our best to photograph our yarns in natural lighting to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, because hand-dyed wool and natural fibers can vary slightly between dye lots, minor shade differences may occur. We recommend purchasing enough skeins from the same batch for your project.
Once your order is placed, a copy of your receipt is automatically sent to your email address. You can also view and download all your past order receipts by logging into your account on our website under My Account > Orders.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused, unopened yarn skeins within 7 days of delivery. Contact our support team via our Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number to request a return label and instructions.
Many of our popular core yarn collections are restocked regularly. However, special small-batch or seasonal hand-dyed colorways may be limited edition. You can sign up for back-in-stock email alerts on the product page to be notified as soon as an item is available again.
